The success of surgical procedures depends on a comprehensive understanding of the anatomical structures involved. However, in some cases, the surgical anatomy can be complex, posing challenges for the surgical team. In this case report, we present a case of a 56-year-old male who underwent a surgical procedure for a tumor located in a challenging anatomical location. The surgery required an in-depth knowledge of the anatomy of the surrounding structures and a meticulous surgical approach to avoid damage to vital structures.
